Dewayne will live on in all of us.
1948 - 2022
Dewayne built this gun shop with his boys in 1986.
He loved his boys, guns, and flying.  He flew a jet around over 20 years for Groendyke.

The Lord is my Strength.
He will never leave my side.
  I owe everything to Him.
I can do all anything through Christ who Strengthens me.

I am Kenny Wehrenberg.

I have been working behind the lines with Dewayne for 8 Years building up this gun shop. Little did I know the Lord had it all planned out for me to be with Dewayne in his last moments on earth. My sorrows have been deep watching my buddy grow weak.  I started my flight training when I was 15. I helped Dewayne obtain his pilot ratings when I was in my early 20's and we flew often together over the years. After instructing pilots in Enid for 8 years I put another 25 years flying Jets around for Continental Resources.  I was asked to leave in 2020 and moved here to enjoy DeWayne's last few years

in our gun shop.

God is Good.

I will carry on Dewayne's legacy as long as all of you will have me.  Dewayne and I always loved to see you smile when you walked into our humble shop.

Consider this your

Oklahoma Discount Gun Store.

I DO NOT WANT TO BE UNDERSOLD!

Let me know how I can

better serve you.

Thank you for stopping in!

I look forward to visiting with you. May God Bless each of you

as much as He has Blessed me.

Safe Firearm Practices

Handle all firearms as if they were loaded

Never forget that a gun has the potential to produce serious injury or death in a single instant of carelessness.  Make safe gun handling a habit to be followed at all times.  After you determine that a gun is unloaded, continue to handle it as though it were loaded.

Always keep your firearm pointed in a safe direction

In selecting a safe direction, you must also take into consideration that a bullet can ricochet or glance off any object it strikes, and that bullets can penetrate walls, ceilings, floors, and windows.

Keep your finger out of the gun's trigger guard and off the trigger until you have aligned the gun's sights on a safe target and you have made the decision to fire

By keeping your finger completely outside the trigger guard until you have aimed at the target, you guarantee that any shots you fire will go safely in the direction of your intended target.

Always be certain that your target and the surrounding area are safe before firing

Remember that a bullet can travel as much as several miles, so you should be certain of what your bullet could strike befroe you pull the trigger. Never fire at a movement, a noise, a flash of color, or a rustling bush without posiively identifying your target.
